I called your office the morning of the appointment and you had no record of the appointment. If I didn’t call to confirm, I would have been waiting for nothing. Someone did arrive at 1:30 instead of the 11 to 1:00 time period. So the service call was not charged but paid full price for a part ($130.00) which was too high. Very disappointed and not sure if I will use your company again.
