If I didn’t call to confirm, I would have been waiting for nothing. Someone did arrive at 1:30 instead of the 11 to 1:00 time period. So the service call was not charged but paid full price for a part ($130.00) which was too high. Very disappointed and not sure if I will use your company again.

I knew better and should have checked around. The completely new system does not operate any better than the unit it replaced which was 30 years old. It DOES NOT cool as it should!
